You're officially a BPU Performance athlete, let’s get to work! We recommend attending 2 Throwing Sessions and 2 Strength and Conditioning Sessions per week to see the best results.
Complete these two steps to get started.
Step 1:
Complete Your Waiver - All athletes must complete the liability waiver before attending their first session.
Step 2:
Schedule Your First Session - Try and keep your son the class that matches his age group. If your recommended class doesn't fit your schedule, talk to Coach Jake and sign up for the one that does.
Remember you can sign up to 4 sessions (throwing and athletic development) per week
